Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Estimates provided online or by phone are preliminary and based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person or documented assessment and is set out in a written proposal or contract.

Scope of work, schedules, warranties and payment terms for installation, demolition and remodeling work are governed by the signed contract for that project, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Product prices, availability and specifications may change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, refunding any amount already paid.

Quantities are calculated by area (square feet). You are responsible for confirming measurements and allowing for waste and overage.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include Zelle. Orders paid by Zelle are confirmed only after we verify the payment receipt. Taxes and delivery fees are applied as required.

Requests to cancel or change an order must be sent before shipment or before materials are cut or special-ordered.

Special-order, cut-to-size and clearance items are non-returnable. Eligible returns must be unused, in original packaging and requested within 30 days of delivery; a restocking fee and return shipping may apply.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned items.

Natural and manufactured flooring materials vary in color, veining, shade and texture. Screen images and samples are representative only and are not an exact match to delivered product.

The Room Visualizer and other AI-assisted features produce simulated, illustrative results. They are not a rendering, guarantee or promise of the final appearance, fit or performance of any product.

You may upload only photos that you own or have permission to use, that contain no unlawful content, and that do not depict identifiable third parties without their consent. Usage limits apply per user, and we may restrict or suspend access to prevent abuse.

Some stores hosted on our platform are operated by independent partners. Those partners are solely responsible for their products, pricing, fulfillment, and customer service. Genesis is not a party to transactions between you and a partner unless expressly stated.

You agree not to: use the Services unlawfully; interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; scrape, harvest or reverse engineer any part of the Services; submit false, misleading or spam content; or upload malicious code.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (photos, reviews, messages). You grant Genesis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate and promote the Services, including displaying project photos where you have authorized it.

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and software, are owned by Genesis or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our prior written consent.

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

Except as expressly stated in a signed contract or written warranty, the Services and any content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genesis from claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

By using the Services you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic notices, agreements and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
